Our granulated maple sugar is made from only 100% Pure Vermont Maple Syrup. Nothing else added, all natural. Can be used as a sweetener for coffee, tea, and oatmeal. Use it in baking and glazes to capture the unique taste and sweetness of maple without the liquid. Use 3/4 cup of our granulated maple sugar to replace 1 cup cane sugar. To reconstitute maple syrup from maple sugar, mix 1/2 cup of water and 1 cup of maple sugar in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves. If you want a thinner syrup, you can add an extra tablespoon of water.
