Our Organic Fine Rye Flour is milled from organic rye berries. It is 100% whole grain. It is a very low protein flour and has a nutty, earthy flavor. Because this rye flour has a low gluten content, it needs to be used in conjunction with wheat flour when making bread. Try adding this Fine Rye to cookies, muffin and more for a nutritional boost.
